When you are creating a brand presence and you don't know where to start, start by telling your target audience WHY they should consider your product, WHY are you different.
And then when you have appealed to their hearts, appeal to their minds with the details of what you sell, descriptions and details.
Burger King does a brilliant job, right here, by doing the same.
Although, it is a big brand with a loyal following, worldwide, yet it keeps communicating the WHY of Burger King, that is, chemical/preservative free burgers using fresh ingredients.
Everybody knows what Burger King sells. They also know who their competitors are, but now they know what sets BK apart.
That's the name of the game: empathy. Finding out what people really want and telling them, they can have it in your product.
